Billy Carter

Bio:

For over forty years, Billy  Carter has been performing in night clubs, hotels, and tourist attractions, all over the U.S. and many countries overseas.

He started at 17 years old, composing his own songs and performing them.

In his CD “Cinnamon Bread” are 15 of his songs that were most requested by his fans over the years, especially the title song, “Homemade Cinnamon Bread.”

If you have family or friends serving in the military then you owe it to yourself to listen to “When The Battle’s Over” by Billy Carter who wrote this song in honor of his step son and all those serving our Country overseas.

Back In the 60′s, Billy Carter frequented a popular club in El Monte, California called “Nashville West” and they had a Country Music Talent Contest, that he used to enter. He won 11 weeks in a row, and then one day there was an african american that walked in and entered the contest and broke Billy’s winning streak. It turns out that, that man was none other than Charley Pride. This was back before Charley Pride made it big.

Billy hopes you enjoy his music, and tell your friends and family about it!
